About The class

Picture
The class is designed for anyone over the age of 50 who wants to keep active or get active again. Using a combination of Strength and Conditioning Training and Physiotherapy, the class will work on your over all Conditioning, Strength, Mobility and Balance.

This class is delivered by Shane Mooney a registered physiotherapist, with over 16 years clinical experience and over 8 years experience in delivering this class to the public.

This class involves a dynamic and aerobic warm up followed by a series of exercises to work your body from head to toe.

This class is aimed at people who can walk unaided and want to remain active and healthy.
